Seeing who's online
Claos shows you who else is around and keeps your screen up to date as teammates work.
Who's online
At the top of a project, next to the view controls, you'll see how many teammates are online (for example, "2 online") and their avatars. Hover an avatar to see the name. This counts everyone in the workspace who has Claos open, not only people looking at that project.
If nobody else is online, nothing shows.
Live task updates
When someone creates, changes or deletes a task, the change shows up on your board and lists without a refresh.
Two people on one page
Pages aren't edited live together: you won't see a teammate's cursor or their typing as it happens. Each person's changes save as they type, and you see the other person's saved changes when the page loads them.
If you both change the same page at the same time, Claos combines the two when the changes are in different parts of the page. When they touch the same part, it asks you which version to keep. Nothing is thrown away without asking, and Version history in the page's menu keeps earlier versions.
