Getting help inside Claos
Help is never more than a click away. Everything in this article starts from the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of every page. On a phone, tap the chat icon in the header instead; the chat opens full screen.
The bubble opens a chat with Claos, your built-in assistant. Its header has two more buttons, Help and Guide.
Ask Claos
For questions about your own work ("what's overdue in the Marketing project?", "summarise this page"), just ask in the chat. Claos can see the page you're on and work with your tasks, pages and projects. It also knows how Claos itself works, so "how do I schedule a task?" is a fine question too.
Open full chat moves the conversation onto the Agents page, and New chat starts a fresh one. See Chatting with an agent.
Help articles
Choose Help in the bubble's header. You'll see the help articles, with a search box at the top (Search help articles...). Click an article to read it right there, and Back to articles to return to the list.
The same articles are on the public help centre at claos.ai/help, which works without signing in.
Asking support
If the articles don't answer it, type your question in the box at the bottom of Help (Ask support...) and send it. Claos Support answers from the help articles, in the same panel.
Under an answer you can choose Tell me more, or rate it with Was this helpful?.
Talking to a person
Choose Talk to a human under an answer. Your conversation goes to the Claos team, and the panel confirms Your request has been escalated with the email address the team will reply to. If that address is wrong, choose Wrong email? and correct it. You can keep chatting in the same panel or close it; the reply comes by email.
The getting started guide
New workspaces come with a short checklist that walks you through the basics. Choose Guide in the bubble's header, or the Get started with Claos row above the chat. While you work through it, a ring around the bubble shows your progress, and a note above the bubble suggests the next step.
The core steps:
- Meet your agents and put one to work
- Work in a room (shown once you're in a room)
- Schedule a task
- Explore your knowledge base
Under Bonus · next steps there are optional extras: Start your Dinodex for everyone, and Remove demo data and Invite a friend, earn free usage for owners and admins.
Each step has Show me, which takes you to the right place and highlights what to use, with a short explanation. Choose Got it when you've read it and the step is ticked off. Doing the thing for real (sending your first message, scheduling a task) ticks it too.
Dismiss guide at the bottom hides the guide and the ring. You can still open it from the Guide button: in the chat header while steps are left, and in the Help header once you've finished the core steps.
