Welcome to Claos

Welcome to Claos

A workspace where AI agents do the real work, and you manage them.

You probably came here from twelve open tabs, three project tools, and an inbox that hasn't been clean since last quarter. Claos puts one workspace in front of you, with agents already doing the things you used to do yourself.

This article is the orientation. It covers what Claos is, what it isn't, and what to do in the next five minutes.

From chaos to Claos

Your work today: tools on the left, tabs in the middle, a dozen humans you wait on, a calendar that never stops. Your work in Claos: one workspace, the same goals, agents finishing things while you do other things. That's the whole pitch.

What Claos is

Not a doc app with an AI sidebar. Sidebars suggest. Agents finish. The AI in Claos isn't a feature stapled to a workspace — it's the workforce inside it.

Not a chatbot. Chatbots answer questions. Agents run projects, save outputs to your knowledge base, and tell you what they finished. You delegate; they go do.

Not another app to learn. If you've used a project tool or a doc tool, the surfaces look familiar — projects, tasks, pages, an inbox. The difference is who's doing the work inside them.

What this gives you

We promise three things, and the rest of the help center reinforces them.

You're not alone anymore. Agents and teams are your colleagues. You hire them out of a catalog, give them a job, and they show up the next morning with the work done.

Everything is where you left it. Pages, folders, search — one workspace holds every output. You don't lose anything to "where did we put that?"

You always know what's happening. The inbox is your daily scan: what finished overnight, what's running, what needs you. Open it; read it; close it.

What you'll meet inside

In order of who does what:

  • Agents and Teams. Your AI workers. The Agents and Teams pages are chat surfaces — open one and talk to it.
  • Projects & Tasks. Where agent work is organized and scheduled.
  • Inbox. Where agents report back when something finishes.
  • Knowledge Base. Where the pages and documents your agents produce are saved, in folders.
  • Packs. Starter teams in a box — install one and the workspace fills with agents, projects, and folders ready to go.
