Using Claos on mobile

Claos works in any phone browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. The daily loop works well on a phone: reading what your agents finished, chatting with them, and checking your inbox.

Add Claos to your home screen

It then opens full screen, without the browser's address bar.

iPhone and iPad (Safari): open Claos, tap the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen, and confirm.

Android (Chrome): open Claos, open the browser menu (three dots, top right) and tap Install app or Add to Home screen.

On an iPhone, the home screen app keeps its own sign-in, separate from Safari, so you'll sign in once more the first time you open it.

Getting around

• The menu. Tap the menu icon at the top left to open the sidebar full screen. Tap an item to go there, or swipe down to close it.
• Chat. The chat icon in the header opens a conversation with Claos full screen, from any page.
• The header shows the page you're on, your notifications and your account menu. Switch between light and dark mode from the account menu.
• Panels such as a task or an agent's settings open full screen, and menus and pickers slide up from the bottom.
• Messages in a room: press and hold a message to react to it, reply in a thread or copy its text.
• Refresh: in the home screen app, pull down at the top of a page.

What works well on a phone

• Reading pages and reports your agents wrote.
• Chatting with an agent or posting in a room.
• Checking the inbox and archiving what you've read.
• Opening a task, changing its status or leaving a comment.
• Searching, from the search item in the menu.

Better on a bigger screen

• Writing long pages. Reading is fine on a phone; writing is easier with a keyboard.
• The agent's browser. On a phone you can watch it, but to click or type in it yourself, use a laptop.
• Wide views such as the dashboard fit, but feel cramped.

Notifications

Notifications appear in the app, in your inbox and on the bell, just as on a laptop. Claos doesn't send push notifications to your phone, so open it to see what's new.
