Plans and pricing
Claos has four personal plans and two team plans. Each can be paid monthly or annually, and paying annually saves 20%.

Annual plans are billed once a year: $84 for Starter, $216 for Plus and $1,908 for Pro.
Each plan also comes with a weekly usage allowance for your agents, which grows with the plan:
- Free: weekly usage to try agents on real work.
- Starter: everyday usage, enough to chat with your agents daily.
- Plus: extended usage that keeps up with busy weeks.
- Pro: 25 times Starter's usage, for a whole fleet of agents.
- Team: pooled weekly usage for your whole team.
- Team Pro: higher pooled usage for every seat.

How weekly usage works
Everything your agents do uses some of your allowance: chat replies, task runs, scheduled runs, room replies, images. Bigger jobs use more.
Settings, Billing shows your Weekly usage as a percentage, the day and time it resets, and a small chart of each day this week. The reset day is the same every week.
What's left at the reset doesn't carry over. Each week starts again from your plan's allowance.
If you've been given bonus usage (from a referral, for example), it shows as a second bar. Bonus usage is spent after your weekly allowance runs out, and it carries over from week to week.
When you run out
When you've used your whole allowance, the Weekly usage card says "Out of usage for this week", and chatting with agents stops until the reset. The message tells you when that is and offers an upgrade if you don't want to wait.
Everything else keeps working: your pages, tasks, projects and files are untouched.
Personal or team
- Personal plans (Free, Starter, Plus, Pro) belong to you, and the allowance is yours alone. It follows you into every workspace you use that isn't on a team plan.
- Team plans (Team, Team Pro) belong to a workspace. You pay per seat, one seat per person, and every seat adds to one shared pool that everyone in the workspace uses.
If several people in a workspace use agents regularly, a team plan is usually the simpler choice. If you're the only one using agents and others mostly read and comment, a personal plan is enough.
Only workspace owners and admins can buy or manage a team plan. One team plan can also cover the owner's other workspaces; see One team plan for several workspaces.
